Check-in is available from 16:00 onwards. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in process. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Payment & Prepayment
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit must be paid upfront before the arrival. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival.
Deposit
A EUR 500 security deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Pets
Pets are generally not allowed. However, exceptions may be possible upon request. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet.
Check-out before 10:00
Check-out time is 10:00. Guests are kindly asked to leave the villa in tidy condition. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period may incur full payment charges, depending on the timing.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to take care of the property and its belongings. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in deductions from the security deposit.
