1. Booking and Reservations

By submitting a booking inquiry through our website, you agree to these terms. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation and receive the required deposit payment.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival
• A EUR 500 security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out provided no damage has occurred

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• Cancellations within 30 days may incur charges up to the full booking amount

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in deductions from the security deposit.

6. Pets

Pets may be allowed with prior written approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

7. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

8. Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Zadar, Croatia.
