Cancellation and Refunds

More than 30 days before arrival

Full refund of your deposit, minus any applicable processing fees.

15–30 days before arrival

50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before arrival

No refund will be issued.

Security Deposit

The EUR 500 security deposit paid upon arrival will be fully refunded at check-out, provided:

• No damage to the property or its contents
• No missing items
• The property is left in a reasonable condition

If deductions are necessary, you will receive an itemized statement.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling or a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@villanadja-tamaris.com with your booking details. We aim to process all refund requests within 14 business days.
